June 20^th          Interview Workshop—6:00 pm at Hampton Inn.  We will be doing the Contestant Lottery (you will be assigned a contestant number).  If you are unable to make this workshop you’ll be assigned a number at random.

July 11^th          Production Number Rehearsal –6:00 pm at Gravity Dance Studio (423 West Coal

                            Creek, suite #10)

                        Please wear something that allows you to move comfortably. 

July 12^th               Photo/Headshot Session(s)— 8:00 am place TBA

July 18^th          Production Number Rehearsal *MANDATORY*--6:00 pm at Gravity Dance Studio.  ALL PAPERWORK/MATERIALS AND FEES DUE! 

July 24^th          Parade—time and place TBA.  EVERYONE WILL NEED CAPRIS OR LONG SHORTS AND WHITE T-SHIRT.

July 28^th          Fun Run- 8:00 am Canyon View Middle School Track (for those who would like

                        help earning required donation amount).

Aug 1^st            Production Number Rehearsal –6:00 pm at Gravity Dance Studio  

Aug 8^th            Production Number (run through)—6:00 pm at Gravity Dance Studio.  SWIMSUIT AND PRODUCTION NUMBER APPARELL APPROVAL: please bring your shoes, swimsuit and any accessories you plan to wear on stage so we can approve them.

Aug 15^th          Production Number/ Modeling Blocking- 6:00 pm Canyon View High School (166 W 1925 N).  Please bring the heels you intend to wear the night of the competition.                            

Aug 16^th          Talent Rehearsal- 6:00 pm Canyon View High School      

Aug 17^th          Full Dress Rehearsal (Run Through)- 6:00 pm Canyon View High School 

Aug 18^th          Miss Iron County Pageant

·       Breakfast 9:00 am at Hampton Inn

·       Interviews 1:00 pm SHARP at Hampton Inn

·       Curtain Call 6:00 pm at Canyon View High School

·       Pageant Begins 7:00 pm SHARP!

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012 MISS IRON COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT

The Miss Iron County Scholarship Pageant is a preliminary to the Miss Utah Pageant and the Miss America Pageant (which is affiliated with the Children's Miracle Network).  In order to become a contestant in the Miss Iron County Scholarhip Pageant you must first register via this link: http://www.missamericaforkids.org/Account/Register

AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We now have an OFFICIAL MISS IRON COUNTY PHOTOGRAPHER who will be taking the contestant photos as well as our lovely new queen.  I never thought I'd say this so soon out shoot, but I'm actually SUPER excited for next year already!  We tossed around some ideas and its going to rock on SOOOO many levels.  Thank you so much Abbey, Tina, and of course my sweet Celeste for making my whole day, week, possibly year!!!!!

Anyone else?? It seems like I have more to bring this year, some of you have items of mine already, but I am worried I'm going to forget to bring something. Please let me know if I'm forgetting something.  MAKE SURE that you leave ANYTHING BORROWED, that means the ball gowns, my clothes, Angela's accessories, in a basket and hung up in the dressing room. I am going to bring a basket for you to put accessories in, but leave any clothing hanging up after the pageant. Thanks! I'm getting more excited!
